Classes are held on Saturdays from 10:30am-12 noon at the Boisseaux Cottage

Taste of the North Fork

October 12 ~ Potato Leek Soup in Crispy Garlic Ciabata Rolls, Frisse Salade Lardon and Caramel Apple Crisp

October 26 ~ Puff Pastry Root Vegetable Pot Pie, Maple Brussel Sprout Slaw and Pumpkin Seed Brittle

Classes are $75/person which includes recipes, hands-on demonstration and tastings of dishes prepared.

Private cooking classes are held Friday 6 pm-7:30 pm or Saturday/Sundays 10:30 am-12 pm

$750 for up to 10 people (each additional person add $75) Perfect for any celebration or event.
